When I first approached Monica I had very limited cooking skills and my GP had advised me that improving my eating habits would have an impact on my health and wellbeing.
I lead a busy life and enjoy eating so my first concerns when hearing about Monica were time and eating nothing but salads. However, Monica used her passion and extensive knowledge to point me towards alternatives I had never heard of previously (such as Kale, Tempeh or Quinoea to name a few). She educated me on these alternatives and gave me great tips to quickly enjoy and introduce them in my busy schedule.
A bonus of working with Monica is that instead of giving me a pre-prepared list she listened and adapted the coaching program to my needs.
Monica understands the basics, her passion takes her beyond the expert level. An hour with her is like 50 hours spent on google.
